"Great deal and fantastic service"
When it comes to pricing, Rimmers' currently offers the best deal in the UK for the Kawai digital piano I was after, as far as I know. As for delivery, I got my piano in under 24 hours after I placed my order, and it was securely fastened inside the truck. That was reassuring, considering its weight and delicacy. Plus, the quick delivery was quite impressive, especially since their warehouses aren't nearby. Regarding customer support, it has been top-notch both before and after my purchase, with a special shoutout to Hedley, who reached out to me to check on a question I had. Big thanks to Rimmers!

"Awesome Experience with Rimmers Music"

"High-Quality Items"
After not playing the piano for 27 years, I wanted to get back into it. I stumbled upon some information while browsing online. I came across a video by Rimmers on YouTube that showcased the piano. It truly assisted me in deciding to buy it. So, I went ahead and made the purchase. The delivery was prompt. It was fantastic! Gorgeous piano with great sound.

"My Experience at Rimmers in Blackpool"
I dropped by the Rimmers store in Blackpool, aiming to grab a guitar for myself. The shop assistant was quite unfriendly, to put it mildly. Their selection was lacking, and they wouldn’t allow me to test any guitars before making a purchase. It seemed like he couldn’t care less whether I bought something or not. Honestly, I’m relieved that place is closing down. With staff like him running the show, it’s no surprise. I’ve decided I won’t be shopping at Rimmers again; the Southport location felt just as bad. The guitar selection was dismal, and the attitude was just as indifferent. They should take a cue from Gear 4 Music when it comes to customer service. At Gear 4 Music, you can try out an awesome range of guitars, amps, saxophones, drums, and more. I ended up buying three guitars and a Bose S1 Pro amp from them. The three grand I spent there could’ve easily gone to Rimmers instead.

"Top-notch service provided"
Top-notch service provided, placed my order one day, and it showed up just two days later. Items were packed nicely, and I’ll definitely shop here again since there aren’t many places that can offer this level of service.

I’m confident my 5-year-old granddaughter will adore her Christmas gifts and have a blast with her piano for years ahead.

"Awesome keyboard, but delivery was a letdown."
I ended up taking away 2 stars (would've gone for 1.5 if that was an option) because my keyboard didn't show up on the promised day. Since that day was meant to be a Friday, it ended up arriving on Monday instead. To be fair to Rimmers Music, the issue lies with the courier, not them.

Still, I had to reach out to the courier to figure out what was happening when it didn’t arrive. And that was after I spent 10 hours just waiting on Friday, which was super annoying.

The keyboard (a Korg SV2S) finally made its way to me after 16 hours of waiting. I'm really pleased with it, and the price was definitely competitive.

But honestly, someone should’ve kept me updated.

"Super happy with my Yamaha NP-12!"
I'm really happy with my Yamaha NP-12 keyboard. It's such a joy to play. The packaging was top-notch, and it got here quickly. I called up Rimmer's Music for some tips before buying, and they were super helpful. I'd totally shop with them again.

"Brilliant Experience at the Liverpool Shop"
I had a fantastic time at the Liverpool store. The staff were super friendly and let me test out various guitars using my own amp. They really listened to what I liked and gave me plenty of time to explore different options. It's a great place, and I highly suggest checking it out!

"Not Interested in My Business..."
As a retired musician, I popped into the Blackpool store a few weeks back, cash in hand, hoping to snag a new keyboard. The last one I got (from a different shop) set me back about £1000 over two decades ago, so I was aiming for something nice in the £1000 to £2000 range.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a single keyboard on display in the store. The clueless salesman seemed completely uninterested and told me that even if they had some in stock, he wouldn't bother to 'unbox' them for a demo. Instead, he just pointed me to the internet.

Honestly, would you drop over a grand on something online without checking it out first?

I was in and out of that showroom in just 4 minutes. To say I was unimpressed would be an understatement - I won't be returning to that shop!

"Just got ourselves an Essex (Steinway)..."
We recently purchased an Essex (Steinway) piano from Rimmers. All I can say is WOW! It's an amazing instrument, and the service provided by Graham Blackledge was top-notch. The delivery arranged by Graham, along with Gordon and his mate, was impressive. Those guys really put in the effort to get the piano into our place. Kudos to Rimmers!

"Fender Bubbler Chorus Pedal Experience"
I picked up a Fender Bubbler Chorus pedal from Rimmer's, but sadly it quit on me after 11 months (first time a pedal's ever let me down). I reached out to customer support, and after trying a few quick fixes that didn’t pan out, they were cool about replacing it for free. They sent a courier to grab the old one, and within a week or so, I had a brand new pedal that they specially ordered from Fender. Really impressed with their customer service and communication!

"Rimmers: A Name That Fits!"
I ordered a pair of Boss Wazza guitar headphones for my son through mail order. When he tried to use them with his Android phone to mix music and play guitar, they kept disconnecting. We made sure the firmware was up to date, and it was. After looking online, we found plenty of other customers who had the same issue. We sent the headphones back because they didn’t work as promised, but 'Rimmers' won’t give us a refund, claiming they tested them and found no issues.

Here are the facts:
1. Boss is a well-known brand, and I’ve bought other pedals from them without any trouble.
2. I chose these headphones because Boss is known for quality.
3. There are numerous reviews out there that mention the exact problem I faced.
4. Seriously, why would I buy something just to return it the next day if it was functioning properly?

I’d steer clear of these folks; their customer service is terrible!

"Incredibly Supportive"
Incredibly supportive - they got back to me fast and addressed all my queries. They could've taken advantage of what I didn't know and made a quick buck, but instead, they offered solid advice. I'm definitely gonna spend my cash here again.
